Tickets & Events

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date.
During the final week leading up to the event, tickets are non-refundable due to event planning and logistics.

Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise on the event listing.

If an event is cancelled by TERRAEN, ticket holders will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer their ticket to a future event

If an event is postponed or significantly altered (for example, route changes due to weather or safety considerations), we’ll communicate clearly and outline the available options.

Apparel & Products

We accept returns on apparel purchased through our website in line with UK consumer law.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • unworn

    • unused

    • in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Once approved:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exclusions

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval or receipt of returned items.
